A group discussion about "Independent Thinking: Redesigning Government," will be held in Minneapolis tonight, sponsored by the Independence Party of Minnesota and featuring Jim Mulder.
They might have a full house if all those puzzled by the legislative stadium debates show up.
Mulder, former director of the Minnesota Association of Counties, was the Independence Party's lieutenant governor candidate in 2010. They say he'll talk "about the dire need for innovative redesign of government in the state of Minnesota."
The discussion, billed as a "meet-up," is at 6 p.m. in the upstairs room at Stanley's Northeast Barroom, 2500 University Ave. NE, Minneapolis.
