The City of St. Paul is throwing a concert Tuesday night to celebrate the passage of the gay marriage bill.
After Gov. Mark Dayton signs the bill into law in a 5 p.m. public ceremony at the Capitol, there will be a march, led by the Minnesota Freedom Band to downtown St. Paul's Ecolab Plaza (about a half mile).

- Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus
- Chan Poling and Friends (The Suburbs)
Mayor Chris Coleman will be at the event.
