The Metropolitan Council’s anti-urban headquarters
from streets.mn by Mike Hicks
This is the headquarters of the Metropolitan Council, the Twin Cities regional planning agency. It’s located in downtown Saint Paul. Notice anything about how it’s laid out? The term “bluff country” was unrecognized and perhaps considered, “Oh, those towns over by the River with all the hills,” without further thought.
