Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe has been an outspoken proponent of the LGBT rights and strongly opposed the adoption of a constitutional amendment in Minnesota that would have banned same-sex marriage. He was recently interviewed by CNN's Anderson Cooper on why there are no openly gay players in major professional sports — the NFL, NBA and MLB — and what it might take to change that.
