Gov. Mark Dayton will take his budget road show to Rochester next week.
He has already had meetings in Duluth, Moorhead and St. Cloud, as he tries to persaude Minnesotans to support his budget plan, which calls for higher taxes on the state's highest earners and more tax money spent on education and other priorities.
The Rochester meeting is at 6 p.m. April 4 at the Heintz Center Common Area at the Rochester Community and Technical College.
The governor says his "Meetings with Mark" are an "effort to engage Minnesotans in personal conversations about his proposed investments in education, job creation, and improving the lives of middle-class families."
