Bill Maher to Obama: Re-election means never having to...

On his HBO show "Politically Incorrect"one night last week, comedian/political satirist Bill Maher urged Pres. Obama to spend the second term doing the things he couldn't do in the first because he had to worry about re-election. (Of course it's really the list of things Maher -- and perhaps not just Maher -- would like to see done and have always wanted to believe was Obama's real agenda.

I found several Maher's little asides hilarious, as in: "I like this president. In all those secret strategy meetings we had, with me and him and George Soros and The New Black Panthers, I found him to be very agreeable, Allah be praised."

In case you don't know, Maher has a running gag that he calls "New Rules," in which he decrees what he believes should be a new rule. Which is why Maher's rant starts with...

"New Rule: Now that he's been reelected, President Obama must get back at all those right wing hacks who tried to paint him as an angry black man pushing a liberal agenda by becoming an angry black man who's pushing a liberal agenda."

Anyway, I didn't see him deliver it, but Reader Supported News put up the transcript, in case you want to read the whole thing. Warning. There's a tasteless reference to the Petraeus scandal.
