There will be treats on Halloween evening at the Governor's Residence, 1006 Summit Ave., in St. Paul.
The lights will be on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m., and Gov. Mark Dayton is scheduled to personally hand out treats from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Treats include: M&M mini-packs and Cub 4 Kids cards, which allow children to receive a free piece of fruit every time they visit Cub Foods, courtesy of Supervalu. There also will be bite-sized Salted Nut Rolls from Pearson's Candy.
The Sustainable Farming Association will donate 300 mini-pumpkins for trick-or-treaters to decorate and take home. Linder’s Garden Center will provide entry-way decor.
