A fundraiser on Sunday for the Neighborhood Involvement Project's community clinic in Minneapolis will include a chamber music concert with some musicians from the Minnesota Orchestra — which has canceled its concerts through Nov. 25 because of a lockout in a contract dispute.

The fundraiser, at Temple Israel in Minneapolis, will have a silent auction and buffet brunch from noon to 2 p.m., followed by the chamber music concert from 2 to 3 p.m.

Money raised goes to NIP,  a health care and social services nonprofit organization, which provides medical, dental, mental health and crisis treatment for rape and sexual abuse  to the uninsured or under-insured.

Tickets are $50 in advance, $60 at the door. Temple Israel is at 2324 Emerson Ave. S.

The entire locked-out Minnesota Orchestra does have a concert tonight with former conductor Stanislaw Skrowaczewski at the Minneapolis Convention Center Auditorium.
