In the latest episode of MPLS.TV's excellent Street Stories series, Jacquie Fuller explains how she was interrupted from filling out a rather intimate survey by a progressively worsening water leak coming from the upstairs neighbor in her 36th Ave duplex. The incident, which was eventually resolved by the fire department, was naturally a source of neighborly strife, but in the end a tune by the Replacements made it all better.
